Ron
Armstrong, President
Ron brings more than 25 years experience in the Canadian electronics industry
to his role as President of Seltech, a company he founded in1992. Ron, who has an Honours degree in Business Administration,
previously worked as Product Manager with Future Electronics
at their head office in Montreal, and as a Sales Representative/Manager
with Augat Electronics in Toronto. Previous to starting up Seltech,
Ron was an Area Manager for a large rep company in Canada. |

Simon
Dearden, VP
of Sales and Marketing
A business graduate of Liverpool University, Simon has over 18 years
experience in the Canadian electronics industry as Senior Manager
with one of the largest rep companies in Canada and previously
in direct sales. Simon is a minority shareholder in Seltech. |

Ian
Forbes, Senior
Account Manager
A Graduate of Concordia University Business Administration,
Ian has over 20 years experience in the electronics industry
in both the procurement and sales management functions. Ian
has previously started and run his own his own Rep organization
for 7 years, followed by senior account management positions
with a Tier 1 Contract Manufacturer.

Kim Duggan, Inside
Sales Representative
Kim brings over 15 years experience
to her role at Seltech, including Senior Inside Sales/Distribution
Sales at Polar Electronics and Inside Sales support for a large
rep company. |

Dave
Stark, Production
Manager
Dave is responsible for all Production, Test and Assembly activities
at Seltech, and has over 15 years experience in the Canadian
electronics industry. Dave holds a Business Administration degree
and has worked 12 years in direct sales and 5 years in sales
management. |

Richard
Duggan, New Business Development Manager
and Information Technology Manager
Bringing in excess of 25 years of industry related experience, Richard is responsible for developing
new revenue streams for Seltech. He also brings to bear more than 20 years
experience as IT Manager/CIO within the electronics representative
industry. Richard manages all aspects of Seltech information,
opportunity tracking and principal reporting systems as well as being responsible for all ISO Administration. |

Kathy
Snell, Finance
& Administration Manager
A Human Resources Diploma graduate, Kathy has over 25 years of operations
and accounting experience and is responsible for all Operations
activities with Seltech. |

Teresa Ellis,
Accounting Assistant
With Seltech since 1999, Teresa handles our Payroll, Accounts
Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with all the other important
daily routines to keep our office humming along in a smooth
and well-organized manner. |
